Our Vision GrowSmart believes that every teenager is good-natured and eager to learn. They have unlimited potential to become outstanding individuals with the attributes they possess. In addition to academic development, they also need exposure to other areas, which can be achieved through with quality coaching. Eventually, they will be nurtured to enter into the society as well-educated, forgiving and appreciative citizens.
Our Mission
We hope to establish an e-platform, where visitors (users) and service providers (tutors) can efficiently match up with one another with reference to the comprehensive information provided by GrowSmart, thus achieving a win-win situation.

- We provide comprehensive information in aspects such as arts development, sports development, work-related experiences, creativity training and social services, etc.
- We have a tutor pool and list of guest speakers for you to choose from. They come from various fields, including performing arts, visual arts, sports training, tea art, commentary, leadership training, and voluntary service, etc.

It is hoped that by our joint effort, every teenager could be exposed to or even engage themselves in superb activities and trainings, and grow into well-behaved, approachable and sophisticated individuals.
