Welcome to join GrowSmart! We focus to line up our tutors to provide trainings/tuitions for youngsters which cover “Other Learning Experiences” and “Life Planning”. We are urgently in need of a group of high quality tutors in various fields and you are welcome to join us.

1. To become an eligible tutor, you have to be 18 years old or above, with relevant professional training(s). 
   
   
2. Log on to the page “Tutor Registration”. Complete the form online and upload the necessary documents for verification. Our staff will handle your application as soon as possible and appropriate notification e-mail concerning your application status will be sent to you.
   
   
3. Upon receiving the “Confirmation of acceptance” email from us, your information will be displayed in the “Tutors’ List”.
   
   
4. If a user would like to make enquiries to you, he/she will send an enquiry email to us (The email will also be sent to you at the same time). Our staff will contact you the soonest possible to get your consent for onward actions.
   
   
5. After signing “Service Agreement” with users, tutors should try their best to carry out duties according to users’ requests as stated in the Agreement. As a warm reminder, please also pay attention to your personal safety.
   
   
6. If requested by users, tutors should provide their Sexual Offences Record Checks which can be obtained from the Hong Kong Police Force. On receiving your checked record, you should show the record to the corresponding users for endorsement. At the same time, please also upload a copy to our platform for reference.
   
   
7. Tutors who had already joined us can login to the website and update their personal information at any time with their own passwords.
   

Tutors (both organizations and individuals) can promote featured activities/ courses in the “Activities and Courses” column in the website. Please fill out and send the “Activities and Courses Application Form” to us and our staff will discuss with you once received.
